[MUSIC] SATURDAY, JUNE 22
You may never have heard of him, but you have heard him: Django Reinhardt died 60 years ago, but the guitar virtuoso’s music pops up in concerts, movies — and in the style and writing of other musicians. Reinhardt, a gypsy who survived Nazi occupation in France to provide the genesis of “hot” jazz guitar and influence generations of jazz and pop musicians, will be honored by a trio of bands. Performers playing in the evening will give workshops to experienced musicians only throughout the day. 6 p.m.; 401 S. Fifth St., www.artslasvegas.org, $10-$15; workshops $25.
