[DINING] July 14
Eager to celebrate Le Féte Nationale? Marche Bacchus sure knows how to commemorate the French national holiday marking the start of the, ahem, second most-famous revolution of the past 240 years. The acclaimed eatery has not only assembled an a la carte menu (which includes fancy vittles such as oysters Rockefeller and Australian winter truffles) for the occasion, but hired Vegas Extreme Skydiving and some Navy Seals to jump out of a plane toward Lake Jacqueline, which borders the restaurant’s view-tastic patio. A balloon demonstration and performance from singer Nieve Malandra follow. 5:30 p.m.; 2620 Regatta Drive, marchebacchus.com.
