So you’re thinking of contributing to the effort to save the Huntridge Theatre from its slow decline into crumbling irrelevance — what will it get you? Besides the hoped-for result of a revived and functioning venue at Maryland and Charleston?

Huntridge Revival, the for-profit venture started by three Las Vegas entrepreneurs looking for community donations to support renovation of the theater, on Friday announced the specific rewards supporters will get at various levels of support.
 
For an early donation of $25,000, you get a loud voice in determining what acts would come to the revitalized theater, access to a backstage lounge, vaguely defined other VIP perks, a T-shirt and more.  Or you could donate $5 and get a digital poster.
 
The full list:

$5 - “Friend of the Huntridge” - Digital show poster.

$10 - “Speak Up!” - A vote for early backers on what performances would be booked at the Huntridge.

$25 - “Poster Boy” - 11x17 printed show poster

$30 - “Dressed Down” - Limited edition "Save The Huntridge" T-Shirt, digital show poster, “Speak Up!” vote.

$50 - “Lover of the Arts” - Special Edition 11x17 artist print, digital show poster and “Speak Up!” vote.

$100 - “First Option is Yours” - 1-year “early bird” membership for discount tickets and special offers, T-shirt, digital show poster and “Speak Up!” vote.

$200 - “Wall of Gratitude” - Your name on a brick of the “Gratitude Wall,” 1-year “early bird” membership for discount tickets and special offers, T-shirt, digital show poster and two  “Speak Up!” votes.

$500 - “Grand Opener Evangelist” - Two tickets to the opening night show, 1-year early bird / special offers membership, T-shirt, digital show poster and five “Speak Up!” votes.

$1,000 - “Grand Opener” - Two tickets to the opening show, “early bird” memberhsip, T-shirt, digital show poster and 10 “Speak Up!” votes.

$2,500 - “VIP Grand Opener” - Two VIP tickets to opening night, 1-year “early bird membership, T-shirt, digital show poster and 25  “Speak Up!” votes.

$5,000 - “In the Back Door” - One year of VIP parking, access to the backstage lounge, use of VIP facilities, lifetime “early bird” membership, digital show poster and 50  “Speak Up!” votes.

$25,000 - “Huntridge Angel” - Lifetime VIP parking spot, access to backstage lounge, access to VIP facilities, lifetime “early bird” membership, T-shirt, digital show poster and 250  “Speak Up!” votes.

The trio of entrepreneurs hope to open the rehabbed Huntridge in 2015. Michael Cornthwaite, owner of The Beat coffeeshop and Downtown Cocktail Lounge, has said he and his partners may need to raise a total of $15 million for the project, but the early “crowdsource” effort, to gauge community support for the Huntridge, hopes to raise $150,000.
