Fourteen-seat bicycle pub crawl now available downtown

You might've seen something similar on the pages of CityLife earlier this year when we showcased locally owned Burning Man art cars. What's long been a favorite among the burner community is coming soon to a downtown bar near you. In fact, you can begin making reservations today.
The Cycle Pub is a 14-seat bicycle that is pedaled by its passengers and driven by a sober, certified driver. Currently, the Cycle Pub has partnered with nine bars and restaurants, of which riders can choose three to four to visit during a tour. The ride starts at Mob Bar and will hit other Third Street institutions Triple George Grill and Hogs & Heifers before cruising over to Triple 7, Downtown Cocktail Room, Bunkhouse Saloon, The Lady Silvia and finally Artifice and Bar + Bistro. The tour will include Commonweath and Park at Fremont bars when they open.
The Cycle Pub concept started in Bend, Ore., where the bicycle was built, and is now running in a few other cities, including Bend; Boise, Idaho; and Reno. Rides cost $30 per person for two-hours. The whole bike can be rented out, as well.
Think of it as a "green" take on a party bus, except you won't be able to drink while riding.
